The PATHS Program
PATHS® (Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies) is a comprehensive Social Emotional Learning program for children ages 3-12.
It is an award-winning, evidence-based program, designed to be taught in classrooms to support the emotional understanding, self-regulation, problem solving and empathy skills of children.
PATHS® helps promotes the development of executive functioning areas of the brain which include impulse control and problem solving, improved reasoning and planning ability, and working memory.
This program has over 30 years of extensive research to support it’s outcomes and Anna-Lisa Mackey is a Senior PATHS® Trainer of over 15 years. She has trained parents, teachers and mental healthcare professionals across the United States, Canada and several international countries and has been involved in 3 large international research projects. She offers the only authorized Online training available, as well as in person training.
